As Technical Sales Support, you’ll be one of the key members of our sales team. You’ll provide basic technical support for carrying out the technical tasks that arise from business agreements. This role requires flexibility and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to various technical requirements, but deep technical expertise is not necessary.

• Secondary or university education in a technical field, or equivalent experience in the industry
• Knowledge of cybersecurity products and services relevant to WEDOS Global Protection (DDoS protection, L3, L4, CDN, WAF, Anycast, etc.).
• Ability to provide technical advice and support to customers and the sales team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical solutions.
• Conversational English
• Willingness to learn, grow and occasionally travel abroad for business meetings.
• Ability to work independently
• Great enthusiasm for work and dedication
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience as a sales engineer / pre-sales or delivery consultant.
• Experience implementing and configuring security and network solutions.
• General knowledge of server and network environments and administration, especially Linux systems.
• Cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience providing technical support and consulting.
• Ability to communicate in technical and, to some extent, business English at a minimum of B2 level, preferably at least C1
