We are looking for staff to provide round the clock customer support for our hosting services - domain, web hosting and server hosting. Working day and night shifts including weekends and holidays. Of course, this position can also be a stepping stone to progress to other positions - programmer, Linux, hardware or network administrator.

Job: full-time 12-hr shifts (day/night)

Job description of Customer Support Worker

  • communication with customers via e-mail and other communication channels
  • answering questions about the service
  • solving basic technical problems
  • assisting customers with setting up hosting services
  • two-shift continuous operation - day and night shifts including weekends and holidays (12-hour shifts 6:00-18:00 and 18:00-6:00)
  • cooperation with engineers and programmers

Whatwe require from a Customer Support Officer

  • High school education, preferably in a technical field
  • very good PC skills
  • basic knowledge of hardware
  • basic knowledge of computer networks
  • General knowledge of the Internet, web hosting, databases, domains, DNS, IP, etc. (more than user level)
  • basic knowledge of programming in PHP, MySQL, HTML - need to know PHP code and solve basic problems
  • basic knowledge of the Linux operating system
  • willingness for further education in the field of IT, improvement of qualifications
  • knowledge of English at least at a passive level
  • Communicative
  • criminal record
  • great appetite for work
  • active approach, initiative

Advantage

  • advanced knowledge of programming (e.g. bash, PHP, Java, SQL)
  • knowledge of some CMS systems in PHP - e.g. Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, Prestashop, etc.
  • advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows Server OS administration
  • advanced knowledge of computer networks
  • active knowledge of English or other languages

Salary range (basic salary)

  • above-average salary, depending on experience
  • plus possible monthly bonuses for tasks performed
  • future profit sharing (e.g. up to 140,000 net in 2021 and more in the future)
  • after employment wage according to skills and abilities
  • pay up to multiples of basic salary
